A Registered Nurse for 37 years. I have been a Certified School Nurse at NC for 25 years. I previously worked at Indiana Hospital in the OB/GYN department for 7 1/2 years and a Home Health Nurse for 4 years.  I am a Northern Cambria graduate and also attended Altoona Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, University of Pitt in Johnstown, and Carlow College in Pittsburgh.

I have been a CPR-AED/First Aid Instructor for the American Heart Association for the past 25 years.

Provision of School Health Services and Mandated School Health Services

 

School entities are to provide the following health services for students who attend or who should attend an elementary, grade or high school, either public or private, and children who are attending a kindergarten which is an integral part of a local school district. These requirements also apply to students who are home schooled.
